House Policy

• Strictly no parties
• Southern Belle Mollymook is suitable for children – a porta-cot is provided, however cot linen is not supplied
• Please note there are internal stairs
• No pets allowed
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Premium Hotel quality bed linen and towels are supplied. Please be mindful of makeup and spray tan transfer – if our cleaners cannot remove this from linen/towels you will be charged for replacements.
• There is an external security camera installed above front entrance 
• BBQ must be left clean or a cleaning fee of $25 may be charged
• Check in from 3pm
• Checkout by 10am

Cancellation Policy

• The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
• For bookings more than 60 days in advance, the guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount 60 days before arrival.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit card, Debit Card
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days

• Cleaning fee applies to all stays
• A bond of $500 will be charged 60 days prior to arrival 
• Bond return will occur within 7 days of vacating
